Tessimo Terms of Service
Effective date: 28 September 2026
Last updated: 23 October 2026
These Terms are an agreement between you and Matan Gambash, an individual based in Israel who publishes Tessimo as Abizyana Studios ("we", "us", "our"), of Brener St 3, Bat Yam, Israel, phone +972 54-447-2260, email contact@abizyanastudios.com. They cover the Tessimo game, its online features (the Daily leaderboard, multiplayer and ranked matches, and accounts) and the Tessimo pages at tessimo.abizyanastudios.com (together, "Tessimo").
By using Tessimo you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Tessimo. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Nothing in these Terms takes away rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived by contract.
1. Who can use Tessimo
When you first open Tessimo, it asks for your year of birth. Tessimo's online features — accounts, the leaderboards, multiplayer and ranked matches, and a public display name — are for players aged 13 and over. A player under 13 can play offline only.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need permission from a parent or guardian, and they accept these Terms on your behalf. A parent or guardian who lets a minor use Tessimo is responsible for that use.
2. The app and app-store terms
If you got Tessimo from Apple's App Store, your licence to use the app is Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you got it from Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply. These Terms add the rules for Tessimo's online features and for how you play. Apple and Google are not responsible for Tessimo's online features or for supporting them.
Tessimo is for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You don't acquire any ownership of Tessimo.
3. Playing as a guest, and accounts
You can play as a guest or sign in with Apple or Google. Guest progress is stored only on your device and is lost if you delete the app, clear its data, or lose or replace the device. Signing in lets you restore your progress on another device, but we don't promise that every setting or unfinished game will carry over.
You are responsible for keeping your device and your Apple or Google account secure, and for what happens through your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it. Don't share, sell or transfer your account.
You can delete your account at any time in the app (ACCOUNT → DELETE ACCOUNT). Our Privacy Policy explains what deletion removes.
4. Display names
You can choose a display name, which other players see on leaderboards and in matches. Display names can use only English letters and digits, and can be up to 16 characters long. Your name must not:
- impersonate anyone, or suggest that it is an official Tessimo, Apple, Google or other organisation's account;
- be offensive, sexual, hateful, harassing or threatening;
- contain anyone's personal information, including your own phone number or email address; or
- infringe anyone's rights, or try to get around our name rules.
Names are checked automatically when you choose them, and a name that breaks the rules is refused. We may also clear a name later if we find that it breaks these rules. You give us permission to store and show your name in Tessimo for as long as you use it.
5. Play fair
You must not:
- cheat, or use bots, scripts, macros, modified apps or other tools to play for you or to gain an advantage;
- fake, alter, replay or interfere with scores, moves, matches, ratings or leaderboards;
- deliberately lose matches, or arrange results with another player;
- exploit bugs to gain an advantage;
- access or try to access anyone else's account, or share or misuse room codes, session credentials or other access tokens;
- get around our security, rate limits, moderation or anti-cheat systems;
- overload, disrupt or send harmful or automated requests to our servers;
- harass, threaten or deceive other players;
- collect information about other players;
- copy, modify, reverse engineer or decompile Tessimo, except where the law allows it despite this rule; or
- sell, rent or commercially exploit Tessimo or an account.
If you find a security problem, please report it to contact@abizyanastudios.com and give us reasonable time to fix it before telling anyone else. Don't access other players' information or disrupt Tessimo while investigating.
6. Scores, ratings and matches
- Scores are checked by our server, and a score that can't be verified may be rejected.
- Leaderboards, ranks and ratings can change as results are verified, corrected or removed.
- We may correct or remove scores, results, ratings or ranks affected by cheating, errors, security problems or rule changes.
- Network problems, disconnection or leaving a match can affect its result. Leaving a ranked match early counts as a loss.
- Some opponents are computer-controlled, including in ranked matches. When no other player is available within a short wait (currently about 20 seconds), matchmaking may pair you with a computer opponent instead of a person. In the current version, a computer opponent has a generated name that looks like a player's name and is not marked as computer-controlled during the match. Results against computer opponents count toward your ranked rating in the same way as results against people. If you only want to play people, use a room code with a friend.
- We may change the game's rules, scoring, matchmaking and ranking.
Scores, ratings, ranks and leaderboard positions are for fun. They have no monetary value, can't be exchanged for money or anything else, and aren't prizes.
7. Ads and rewards
Tessimo is free because it shows ads. For players under 13, ads are requested as child-directed and no rewarded ads are offered; the Privacy Policy explains how (section 10). Ads are provided by third parties, and showing an ad doesn't mean we endorse the advertiser or what it offers. If you follow an ad, the advertiser's own terms and privacy policy apply to what you do there.
Some features offer a reward for watching an ad, such as continuing an Endless game. A reward is granted only after the ad network confirms that you watched the ad, can be used once, and has no monetary value. Rewarded ads won't always be available, and we may change or end rewards.
8. Price
Tessimo is free and has no purchases. Your mobile provider may charge you for data. If we ever introduce paid features, we will update these Terms first.
9. Our rights
Tessimo, including its software, design, graphics, sounds, text, game systems and the Tessimo name and logo, belongs to us or to those who licensed it to us. These Terms don't give you any rights in it beyond using Tessimo as they allow. Some components are provided under their own licences.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them freely, without paying you or naming you.
10. Changes and availability
We may update, change, suspend or stop Tessimo, or any part of it, at any time, for example for maintenance, security, legal reasons, cost, or changes to the game. We don't promise that Tessimo will always be available, work on every device, or keep every feature. Where the law requires notice before we end a feature, we will give it.
If a change negatively affects your access to or use of Tessimo in more than a minor way, we will tell you in advance, in the app or by another appropriate means, and you may end these Terms and delete your account. Changes are free of charge.
11. Moderation, suspension and termination
We use automated checks, such as our display-name rules and systems that flag unusual play, and human review to enforce these Terms. A flag alone never changes a result or a rating; a person decides.
If you break these Terms, or if it is needed to protect other players, Tessimo or others, or to comply with the law, we may clear your display name, remove scores or results, adjust your rating, end your session, restrict online features, or suspend or delete your account.
When we restrict your account or your content (for example your display name), we will tell you what we did, why, which rule or law it relates to, whether it was detected or decided by automated means, how long it lasts, and how to ask us to review it, unless the law prevents us from telling you or we cannot reach you. If you think we got it wrong, write to contact@abizyanastudios.com within six months and a person will review our decision and tell you the outcome. If you are in the EU, you may also use an out-of-court dispute settlement body certified under the EU Digital Services Act, and you can always go to court.
Contact point (EU Digital Services Act)
Our single point of contact for users and for authorities of EU Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services is contact@abizyanastudios.com. You can write to us in English or Hebrew. To report illegal content in Tessimo, such as a display name, write to the same address with the player's display name, where you saw it and why you believe it is illegal. We will acknowledge your report, decide on it promptly and tell you what we decided.
You can stop using Tessimo at any time. Sections 9, 12 to 15 and 17 continue to apply after these Terms end.
12. No warranties
As far as the law allows, Tessimo is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that it will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, that your progress will never be lost, that an opponent or feature will be available, or that it will work on every device. This doesn't affect any warranty or right the law gives you that can't be excluded.
13. Limits on our liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of progress, scores, ranks, ratings, data or opportunities; and
- our total liability to you for all claims about Tessimo is limited to USD 100.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or for anything else that can't legally be limited or excluded, and nothing limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by contract.
14. Your responsibility
As far as the law allows, you are responsible for reasonable losses and costs we suffer because you deliberately misused Tessimo, broke the law, or infringed someone else's rights through Tessimo. This doesn't make you responsible for losses we cause ourselves.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. If you have a problem, please write to us first at contact@abizyanastudios.com so we can try to solve it; either of us may go to court if it isn't resolved within 30 days. The courts of Tel Aviv–Jaffa, Israel, have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer and the law where you live lets you bring a claim in your local courts, or gives you protections under local law, you keep those rights. These Terms don't require arbitration and don't waive class actions.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you in the app or by another appropriate means before it takes effect. If you don't accept the new Terms, stop using Tessimo and delete your account.
17. General
If any part of these Terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a rule isn't a waiver of it. You can't transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours as part of a transfer of Tessimo. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and the applicable app-store terms, are the whole agreement between you and us about Tessimo. If these Terms are translated, the English version applies to the extent the law allows.
